- What happens if the Defendant misses court?
If the Defendant misses court for the charges that you have co-signed for, you should know you have options. These options include:
- Assisting us in locating the Defendant and put them back into custody.
- Have the court case recalled.
- Lastly and if only the other options have not been met within a timely manner you will be held solely responsible for payment of the entire amount of the bond.
- How much does it cost to bond someone out?
Pricing varies for numerous reasons such as:
- How far is the defendant?
- What is the defendants charge?
- Does the defendant have any FTA's (Failure to Appear)?
